2. Community reviews
Reviews must be based on your own experience. You may not post defamatory, fraudulent or harassing content. SensoryGrade reserves the right to remove reviews that violate these rules.
3. Not medical advice
SensoryGrade does not diagnose medical conditions or guarantee that any location is appropriate for a particular individual. Scores reflect community experiences and should be used as one of many factors in your decision.
4. Business subscriptions
Business subscriptions provide profile tools, analytics and promoted visibility. Subscriptions do not entitle a business to higher community sensory scores, to remove legitimate reviews, or to misrepresent accommodations.
5. Limitation of liability
SensoryGrade is provided "as is." We are not liable for decisions you make based on community-reported or AI-estimated information.
6. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
